AU - الشمري، عادل بن عايد AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف إدراكات أعضاء هيئة التدريس لأهمية متطلبات القيادة النوعية، وواقع تبنيها في كل من جامعتي القدس وبيرزيت بفلسطين وجامعة الملك فيصل بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الثلاث، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (303) عضوا. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثان استبانة مكونة من قسمين وأربعة مجالات تضم (44) فقرة، تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها بالطرق التربوية والإحصائية المناسبة باستخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة بأن (المجال الثالث: التنمية المهنية والتدريب) قد حاز على أعلى المتوسطات الحسابية وكان متوسطة الحسابي يساوي (3.81) ثم (المجال الثاني: التعليم والتعلم) حيث كان متوسطة الحسابي يساوي (3.66)، وفي حين حصل (المجال الرابع: الحوكمة الرشيدة) على أدنى متوسط حسابي بمقدار (3.61) في حين بلغت الدرجة الكلية لواقع تبني القيادة للمتطلب (3.66) ولدرجة أهمية المتطلب (2.51). وعلى ضوء ذلك أوصى الباحثان بمجموعة من التوصيات. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The aim of this study is to identify the perceptions of faculty members with regard to the quality of leadership in both the universities of Al- Quds, Birzeit in Palestine, and King Faisal in Saudi Arabia. The study population consisted of faculty members at the three universities, totaling 303 members. To achieve the objectives of the study, researchers used a questionnaire composed of two parts, including four areas and 44 paragraphs that have been verified to test the validity and reliability of educational and appropriate statistical methods using Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS). The study results showed that professional development and training gained the highest average 3.81. Second was teaching and learning with 3.6 and third was governance wise with 3.61. The total score of the reality of the adoption of the leadership was 3.66. The degree of importance of the requirement was 2.51. At the end, the researchers suggested a set of recommendations.
