AU - قنديل، أنيسة عطية AB - هدفت الدراسة تعرّف تقديرات مشرفي اللغة العربية للأداء اللغوي لمعلمي اللغة العربية الجدد، والفروق فيها التي تعزى لجنس المعلم، وتخصصه في الثانوية العامة، والجامعة التي تخرج فيها، كما هدفت تعرّف اتجاهاتهم نحو مهنة التدريس، والفروق فيها التي تعزى لجنس المعلم، وتخصصه في الثانوية العامة، ثم هدفت إلى تعرّف العلاقة بين مستوى الأداء اللغوي، والاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس. واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، فقاما ببناء أداتين، الأولى: بطاقة ملاحظة، والثانية مقياس اتجاهات، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على سبعة وخمسين معلما ومعلمة. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الأداء اللغوي للمعلمين بلغ (70.3%)، وإلى وجود فروق في مستوى الأداء اللغوي تعزى للجنس لصالح المعلمات، وكذلك الجامعة التي تخرج منها المعلم. وبلغ مستوى اتجاهات معلمي اللغة العربية (75.4%)، ودلت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق فيها تعزى للجنس، عدا محور المكانة الاجتماعية، وعدم وجود فروق دالة تعزى للتخصص، وأشارت إلى وجود علاقة بين الأداء اللغوي واتجاهات المعلمين نحو مهنة التدريس. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The aim of this study is to identify Arabic language supervisors’ assessment of linguistic performance of Arabic language newly appointed teachers, and the differences due to sex, field of specialization at secondary school, the university from where he graduated and the attitudes towards the teaching profession .The researchers used the descriptive analytical method, the Observation Card and Measurement Attitudes. The study sample consists of (57) male and female. The conclusions of the study showed that the level of linguistic performance for the teachers was (70.3%) and there is differences at the level of linguistic performance due to sex, and in favor of females and the university the teacher graduate from .The level of Arabic language teachers attitudes was (75.4%) and showed that there is no differences due to the sex except in social status, and that there is no differences due to specialization. There is relationship between linguistic performance and teachers attitudes towards teaching profession.
