AU - القضاة، أميرة محمد يوسف AU - خليل، أسامة نبيل محمد أحمد AB - تناولت الدراسة موضوع مقومات الإدارة المدرسية الفاعلة في المدارس الحكومية بمحافظة العقبة بالأردن، دراسة ميدانية من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس. وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في أن نجاح أو فشل الطالب يعد الفيصل في نجاح أو فشل العملية التربوية، لأن ذلك يستدعي الوقوف على مقومات الإدارة المدرسية الفاعلة من واقع مدارسنا وخاصة القائمين على هذه المدارس (المديرين) وعملا بتوصيات مؤتمرات التطوير التربوي الأول والثاني والثالث في الأردن والتي كان من أهمها العمل على إعداد القادة وفق مبادئ القيادة الحديثة وإطلاع المديرين على كل جديد في مجال الإدارة المدرسية وإحداث نقلة نوعية في الأساليب الإدارية. ونبعت أهمية الدراسة من ندرة الدراسات التي تناولت مقومات الإدارة المدرسية الفاعلة في الأردن والتي قد يستفيد منها مديرو المدارس ومساعدوهم وكل العاملين في الحقل التربوي وقد تساعد هذه الدراسة المخططين للتعليم بوزارة التربية والتعليم بالأردن على تحديد الدورات التدريبية اللازمة لإكساب مديري المدارس المهارات الإدارية والفنية. وهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة توافر مقومات الإدارة المدرسية الفاعلة في المدارس الحكومية بمحافظة العقبة بالأردن من وجهة نظر مديريها، وبيان ما إذا كانت هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجات تقدير عينة الدراسة، وتوصلت إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن درجة توافر مقومات الإدارة المدرسية الفاعلة من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس في محافظة العقبة مرتفعة، وإلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد العينة لدرجة توفر مقومات الإدارة المدرسية الفاعلة تعزى إلى متغير النوع الاجتماعي، والمرحلة التعليمية، وإلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد العينة لدرجة توافر مقومات الإدارة المدرسية الفاعلة تعزى إلى متغير المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة ولصالح المديرين من ذوي الدراسات العليا ولمن تتراوح سنوات الخبرة لديهم من 6- 10 سنوات. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - To study dealt with the theme of the elements active school administration in the government school administration in the governorate of aqaba in Jordan afield study from the perspective of their principals, the issue of this study assimilated on the success or failure of a student is decisive in the success or failure of the educational process so that requires to stand on the elements of acdtive school. The study aim at to identify the degree of availability of the elements of effective school administration in public schools in the goverorate of Aqaba from the perspective of their principals, and indicate whether there are statistically significant differences in the ratings of the sample of the study in the availability of these elements and show their relevant to the study variables (Gender, scientific qualification, educational stage, years of experience) the study sample consisted of all the principals of public schools in the governorate of and Aqaba, about 110 principals during the academic year 2013-2014. The study follows the descriptive analytical method. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire was developed to insure its validity and its reliability and included 75 items distributed on the 7 key areas (educational leaders, school atmosphere, school staff members, school facilities, academic achievement, extra-curricular activities, relationship with the local community. The obtained results show the following: that the degree of availability of the elements of effective school administration from the erspective of school principals in the government significant differences between the means of scores estimate of the sample to the point of availability of elements of effective school administration which are relevant to the variable of gender, and educational stage, and the presence of statistically significant differences between the means of scores estimate of the sample to the point of availability of elements of active school administration which are relevant to the variable of to variable the scientific qualification and years of experience and for the principals with higher studies, and those with experience from 6-10 years.
