AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة ممارسة طلبة كلية التربية في جامعة حائل لمهارات التفكير ما وراء المعرفي من وجهة نظرهم، واتجاهاتهم نحوها. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلاب كلية التربية في جامعة حائل للفصل الدراسي الصيفي 1432/1433ه، ولأغراض الدراسة اختيرت عينة الدراسة من كلية التربية في جامعة حائل بطريقة عشوائية، بلغت 130 طالبًا، واحتسب معامل الثبات وبلغ معامل الثبات الكلي للأداة 0.87 وهو معامل ثبات مرتفع ومناسب لأغراض الدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى تدني درجة ممارسة طلبة كلية التربية في جامعة حائل لمهارات التفكير ما وراء المعرفي، وبلغ المتوسط الحسابي 1.32، وجاءت اتجاهاتهم سلبية، كما بينت الدراسة وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى للمعدل التراكمي، ولدورة المهارات الحياتية، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة عقد دورات تعليمية للطلاب تبين أهمية مهارات ما وراء المعرفة واستراتيجيات تنفيذها.
