AB - لقد كان هدف دراسة (المعوقات الاجتماعية لتعليم الإناث) دراسة ميدانية في قضاء الطارمية هو: 1) تعرف أهم الآثار الاجتماعية للتسرب. 2) محاولة الكشف عن أهم المعوقات سواء أكانت اجتماعية، أو اقتصادية، أو تربوية، أو أمنية، أو صحية التي تواجه عملية تعليم الإناث. 3) تعرّف والوقوف على النتائج التي لها الدور الكبير في الحد من مشكلة التسرب لدى الإناث. إعتمدت الدراسة على المناهج الملائمة لها وهي: منهج المسح الاجتماعي والمنهج التاريخي والمنهج المقارن، فضلًا عن استعمال الوسائل الإحصائية المتعددة كالنسبة المئوية، معامل ارتباط بيرسون، والوسط المرجح، والوزن المئوي، الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري ومربع كا2. تكونت الدراسة من بابين، الباب الأول نظري وتضمن أربعة فصول، بين الفصل الأول الإطار العام للدراسة وشمل مشكلة الدراسة وأهميتها وأهدافها، ثم تحديد المفاهيم والمصطلحات العلمية، واختص الفصل الثاني بالدراسات السابقة التي تتعلق بموضوع الدراسة الحالية، ثم النظرية الاجتماعية المفسرة للدراسة، وبين الفصل الثالث المرأة والتعليم، ثم مسار تعليم الإناث في العراق واختص الفصل الرابع بمعوقات تعليم الإناث. أما الباب الثاني فهو الجانب الميداني وتضمن ثلاث فصول، بين الفصل الخامس مجتمع الدراسة ومناهج الدراسة وإجراءاتها الميدانية، وبين الفصل السادس عرض بيانات الدراسة وتفسيرها وتحليلها، واختص الفصل السابع بالنتائج والتوصيات والمقترحات. إن الجانب الميداني في هذه الدراسة شمل العينة الأساسية للمجتمع الأصلي للمتسربات البالغ عددهن 280 متسربة وجمعت البيانات من خلال الملاحظة البسيطة والمقابلة والاستبانة، إذ تضمنت الاستبانة محورين الأول البيانات الأساسية لعينة الدراسة والثاني البيانات الخاصة بمعوقات تعليم الإناث ومن خلال اختبار الدراسة لفرضياتها الخاصة بالمعوقات أثبتت الدراسة صحة الفرضيات، ولقد أشارت الدراسة الميدانية إلى تأثير العادات والتقاليد والفهم الخاطئ للقيم الدينية في القضاء والزواج المبكر والتميز بين الذكور والإناث في مجال التعليم وصعوبة المناهج، وضعف المستوى العلمي للطالبات، وضعف المستوى العلمي للوالدين وبعد المدرسة، وعدم الاهتمام بالنشاطات اللامنهجية من المدارس الثانوية، والظروف الأمنية المتدهورة، وانخفاض المستوى المعاشي لأسر الطلبات وسوء الحالة النفسية والصحية والجسمية لهن مع انعدام الرقابة والتوجيه الاجتماعي والتربوي للمدرسين فضلا عن واقع المدارس المؤلم والعامل الاقتصادي، كلها عوامل تشكل عائقا أمام تعليم الإناث. AB - Reflected the current research problem that the current reality of the secondary education in general and girls’ education it is particularly in Tarmiyah eliminate suffering substantial imbalances many, perhaps most notably the low enrollment rates, especially girls, in particular. The presence of leaks limited in females based on scientific facts in the presence of individual differences among students, is a matter of course, that could happen in every educational institution, except that when you get leaks, and by quite a few in an educational institution advanced and vitality is a big problem to be standing on the causes. The size of the spill quotient problem exhibited by a lot of reports, research and previous studies, which revealed the existence of this phenomenon among females, especially at the secondary level, but the real difficulty lies in knowing the reasons and obstacles that have led to this problem in a society like Iraq, which seeks to keep up with what is witnessing the world of the evolution of scientific and technical knowledge and growing in the field of education, which has become a gateway from which communities and peoples to the racetrack in the growth, development and progress. The importance of this study is limited to being going to see the social constraints that affect the female education in Iraq and diagnosis of components that determine these constraints and quality and the circumstances surrounding them alone, but go in significance so far as to address a major problem in the life of a large part of society as a whole and address what exposed females of deprivation and abuse and impeding the exercise of their rights in this area and their access to adequate education that Aahhin to take the roles and functions effectively in society, especially that female education is an important part of education as a whole is seen as the value of vital occupies an area of the philosophy of community win- human principles and values, emotional, spiritual, intellectual and ideological. The study identified a range of objectives, including: 1) identification of the social effects for drop out. 2) Try to detect the most important obstacles, whether social, economic or educational or health security or facing the process of female education. 3) Identify and stand on the results that have a significant role in reducing the dropout problem among females. To achieve the objectives of the study researcher relied on more than one approach to reach the goal pursued by this research, and curricula that have been relied upon are: Social survey method, the historical method and comparative method. core sample the original Mtserbat community of their number 280 Leaked contained student. To achieve the objectives of the research researcher to identify structures for students ,drop out after polled a sample of male and female teachers, and a sample of applications dropout, and a sample of parents of students, and access to previous messages and sources dealing with the most important obstacles to girls’ education. To prove the sincerity of the tool View Finder questionnaire on a sample of arbitrators specialists in the field of sociology, psychology, and measurement and evaluation planning and education, and make sure stability by re- test application, making the tool in its final form to contain two axes first axis basic data, the second axis constraints that hinder learning female branched into five aspects of each side contains a set of questions. Researcher has treated its data statistically using the Pearson correlation coefficient, and the weighted average, and the percentage, and weight percentile and Ca 2 box. The current research found several results including: 1) The result of the overall rate of weight percentile for all axes, regardless of its paragraphs agree with the standard was adopted 60 which they formed a barrier hindered more girls to continue the study. 2) Answers confirmed sample units that social and economic factors and security on the ranking of the most important obstacles that students deprived of education. 3) It turned out that the biggest constraint led to the leakage was in the social aspect of promoting housing area girls to leave school and weight percentage 81%. The researcher recommended several recommendations, including: 1) Address the most important economic problems of unemployment and poverty and the elimination of the most important reasons that drive the student to drop out, knowing that our country enjoys wealth and treasures of natural and human potential, scientific and intellectual. 2) Need the attention of school curricula activities relating to females to contribute to solving some of the problems facing applications. 3) The need to expand the right to education for females, and investment in girls education and encourage them to attend school and continue their education, and make sure there of primary and middle schools and dropout secondary schools through the provision of incentives guarantor to continue learning, especially in rural and poor areas, taking into consideration the differences and problems with the demographic character of that include regional disparities and the level of urban and rural areas. 4) Reconsider adequately preparing and training programs of teachers and teachers to raise their scientific and professional competence in modern teaching curriculum, with follow up ongoing field supervisors qualified and trained in modern methods of teaching. Researcher suggested several proposals including: 1) Conduct field studies on social customs and values and their impact on behavior patterns among women across the country. 2) Complementary to conduct a study of this study from the perspective of teachers to identify the causes of this phenomenon and develop comprehensive solutions.
