AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة أنماط اتخاذ القرار لدى مديري مدارس مديرية التربية والتعليم في لواء قصبة المفرق في الأردن، وأثر كل من النوع، المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخدمة على استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة، وتم اختيار عينة مؤلفة من 223 معلمًا ومعلمة، وزعت عليهم استبانة تكونت من 40 فقرة، موزعة على أربعة أنماط هي: الحازم، السلطوي، المرن، والتكاملي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: جاءت درجة ممارسة أنماط اتخاذ القرار بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير النوع، والمؤهل العلمي، كما بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخدمة على الأداة ولصالح الخدمة القصيرة. وأوصى الباحث بتدريب مديري المدارس على مواقف إدارية مختلفة لتفعيل أنماط اتخاذ القرار بما يناسب تلك المواقف. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aims to identify the degree of school administrators’ practice of decision-making patterns in the Directorate of Education in Qasabat Al-Mafraq in Jordan; and the impact of both gender, qualifications and years of service on the responses of the sample of the study n=223. A questionnaire of 40 items has been distributed, divided into four patterns: the firm, the authoritarian, the flexible, and the integrated. The study showed the following results: The participants’ degree of practicing patterns of decision-making is high. The study showed no statistically significant differences in the responses of study sample due to the gender variable or the academic qualification. The findings also indicated the existence of significant differences in the responses of study sample attributed to years of service on the tool and in favor of short service. The researcher recommended training school administrators on various administrative situations to activate the decision-making patterns to suit those situations.
