AB - هدفت الدراسة لتحديد أوجه الاستفادة من خبرة المملكة المتحدة بوصفها دولة من دول الاتحاد الأوربي في إصلاح التعليم العالي الفني في مصر بواسطة التعلم القائم على العمل. وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي. وقامت الدراسة بتعرف مفهوم التعلم القائم على العمل وخصائصه ومداخله. ثم تعرضت لأهم ملامح خبرة المملكة المتحدة. بعد ذلك عرضت الدراسة لواقع التعليم العالي الفني في مصر والجهود التي بذلت لإصلاحه، وفي النهاية توصلت إلى عدة مقترحات بشأن إصلاح التعليم العالي الفني فى مصر. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - The current study aimed at identifying the aspects that could be useful in the experience of the United Kingdom- as one of the leaders among the countries of the European Union- regarding work-based learning in higher education, which in turn could be applicable to the vocational higher education in Egypt. The study used the descriptive method. The study then explained the concept of work-based learning, its characteristics and approaches. The experience of the United Kingdom concerning work-based learning in different higher education settings was presented. Then, the Egyptian efforts regarding vocational higher education was illuminated, as well as the problems facing this kind of education. Finally, certain reforms were suggested to solve the problems and emphasize the importance of vocational higher education in Egypt.
