AU - العبيد، إبراهيم عبد الله AB - إستهدفت الدراسة التعرف على مستوى جاهزية المدارس الثانوية للبنين بالقصيم لإدارة الأزمات المدرسية، من وجهة نظر المديرين والمعلمين الذين يعملون بها، إلى جانب الكشف عما إذا كانت هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا بين عينة الدراسة (مديرين ومعلمين) حول جاهزية المدارس الحكومية والأهلية لإدارة الأزمات تمهيداً لتقديم تصور مقترح يسهم في رفع كفاءة جاهزية المدارس الثانوية لإدارة الأزمات، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدم الباحث منهج البحث الوصفي التحليلي مستعينا باستبانة من إعداده اشتملت على 64 عبارة تضمنت مجالات تتعلق بجاهزية المبنى المدرسي، وجاهزية الكوادر البشرية لمواجهة الأزمات، ومن أهم النتائج التى تم التوصل إليها، أن مستوى جاهزية المباني المدرسية الثانوية بمنطقة القصيم جاءت متوسطة، وأن مستوى جاهزية الكادر البشري لمواجهة وإدارة الأزمات جاء بدرجة متوسطة أيضا، كما كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين آراء عينة الدراسة حول مدى جاهزية مباني المدارس الحكومية والأهلية، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين آراء عينة الدراسة حول مدى جاهزية الكادر البشري بكل من المدارس الحكومية والأهلية. وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج قدم الباحث تصورا مقترحا قد يسهم في رفع كفاءة جاهزية المدارس الثانوية بمنطقة القصيم واشتمل على فلسفة وأهداف ومتطلبات، وآليات تنفيذ التصور المقترح. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB - This study aimed in identifying the level of readiness for crisis management at Qassim secondary schools boys from school teachers and principals perspectives, and to identify whether there are any significant differences between the two groups about the readiness of public and private schools for crisis management which could assist in preparing a vision that increases the level of readiness for crisis management. In achieving these objectives, analytical descriptive approach was employed in the study; this approach is based on questionnaire as instrument for data collection. It included 64 items that covered areas related to readiness of school building, and human resources to responding to crises. The study found that the level of readiness of secondary school buildings in Qassim region was moderate, and the level of readiness of human resources was moderate as well. The study revealed no statistically significant differences between the two groups of the study on the readiness of school buildings whether at governmental and private school, and there is no statistically significant differences between the two groups study on the readiness of human resources of both government and private schools. In light of these results, the study presented a proposed vision that may contribute to increasing the efficiency of the readiness of Qassim secondary school. This proposed vision comprised philosophy, objectives, requirements, and mechanisms of implementation.
