AB - يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الأسس التي يقوم عليها تدويل أنشطة التعليم الجامعي. مع توضيح المبررات التي تدفع مؤسسات التعليم الجامعي إلى تدويل أنشطتها وخدماتها. وتحديد متطلبات تدويل أنشطة التعليم الجامعي. وتوضيح المشهد الجامعي العربي من حركة تدويل التعليم الجامعي، وكذلك الوقوف على المعوقات التي تواجه تدويل التعليم الجامعي العربي. ووضع تصور مقترح لبناء تكتل جامعي عربي فى ضوء متطلبات وتحديد تدويل التعليم. وتوصل البحث إلى تصور مقترح لبناء تكتل جامعي عربي على غرار التكتلات الجامعية العالمية، بما يضمن إكساب هذا التكتل الميزة التنافسية في تقديم خدمات تعليمية تتسم بالجودة تمكن هذا التكتل المقترح من التنافسية والتميز في السوق العالمي، والقدرة على جذب شريحة كبيرة من الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والباحثين على المستوى الإقليمي والدولي في ظل متطلبات وتحديات تدويل التعليم الجامعي. واقترح البحث في هذا الصدد بناء تكتل جامعي عربي كنموذج لباقي الدول العربية، والنموذج الأقرب إلى التكوين هو النموذج الخليجي، ويمكن البدء باختيار جامعتين من كل دولة من دول مجلس التعاون الست، فيكون إجمالي عدد الجامعات التي ستقع تحت مظلة التكتل الجامعي المقترح 12 اثنتي عشرة جامعة، يتم اختيارها من قبل هيئة مستقلة تنشأ لهذا الغرض، وذلك وفق معايير علمية موضوعية. The research has reached a conception of a proposal of creating the Arabian universal education association resembling the global universal associations in a way that assures this association a competitive feature in providing educational services with high quality, which in turn, enable the proposed association to compete and stand out in the global market, and also provide the ability to attract large numbers of students, faculty members, and researchers in both regional and global levels in the light of the challenges and requirements of Internationalization the universal education. The research as suggested creating an Arabian universal association as a model for all Arabian countries. The closest model to the formation of this association is the GCC model. It is possible to start with selecting two universities from each GCC country. The total will be 12 universities. These twelve universities are to be selected by and independent committee created especially for this purpose. The selection is to be based on objective scientific criteria.
