A2 شعيبات، محمد عوض A2 حلبية، بنان محمد AB هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تعرف تقديرات المعلمين درجة ممارسة مديريهم القيادة الأخلاقية، وأجريت خلال العام الدراسي 2009/2010 على عينة عشوائية من معلمي المدارس الحكومية في محافظة القدس، بلغت (339) معلما باستخدام استبانة مكونة من (52) بندا موزعا في ثلاثة مجالات، وتحقق الباحثون من صدقها وثباتها. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن ممارسة المديرين القيادة الأخلاقية كما يقدرها المعلمون جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة. وأشارت النتائج –أيضا- إلى أن هناك فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات استجابات المعلمين بحسب جنس المعلم، ولصالح الذكور؛ وأما الفروق في متوسطات استجابات المعلمين بحسب المؤهل العلمي، والخبرة، والمرحلة الدراسية، والمديرية التي يتبع لها المعلم فلم تكن ذات دلالة إحصائية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study was aimed at determining the government schools teachers’ assessment of the degree of principals’ practice of ethical leadership. It was undertaken during the 2009/ 2010 academic year. A 52- item questionnaire covering three fields was distributed to a 339- teacher random sample after having determined its validity and reliability. Results showed that teachers estimated their principals’ practice of ethical leadership at a high degree. Besides, results showed that there were significant differences in teachers’ responses due to gender, in favor of male teachers, whereas differences in their responses were not statically significant with regard to qualification, experience, stage, and directorate.
