A1 سلمان، راميا علي A2 الخلف، غسان AB هدف البحث تعرف واقع المسار الوظيفي للعاملين في مديرية التعليم الفني والمهني في دمشق وتعرف الفروق بين الإجابات وفقا لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة) ولتحقيق ذلك قامت الباحثة بتصميم استبانة مكونة من خمسة محاور هي (وضوح المفهوم، تخطيط الوزارة وأنظمتها، الحوافز، التدريب، تقييم الأداء). اعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكانت عينة البحث (38) عاملا إداريا، بلغت نسبتها (70.73%) من المجتمع الأصلي. وجاءت نتائج البحث كالآتي: 1) جاء واقع المسار الوظيفي للعاملين في دائرة التعليم المهني في وزارة التربية ضعيفا في كل من المجالات (وضوح المفهوم، الحوافز، تقييم الأداء) ومتوسطا في مجالي (تخطيط الوزارة وأنظمتها، التدريب) وضعيفا في درجته الكلية. 2) وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي والفروق لصالح حملة الإجازة الجامعية. 3) وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير الخبرة المهنية والفروق لصالح ذوي الخبرة (5 وأقل من 15 سنة). (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The aim of the research is to know the reality of the career path for the staff of the technical and vocational education directorate in Damascus and to know the differences between the answers according to the variables (academic qualification, experience). The research adopted the descriptive analytical method, and the research sample was (38) administrative employees, with a percentage (70.37%) of the original community. The search results were as follows: 1) The reality of the career path for the employees of the vocational education department in the ministry of education was weak in each of the areas (clarity of concept, incentives, performance evaluation) and average in the areas of (Ministry planning and regulations, training) and weak in its overall grade. 2) There are statistically significant differences attributable to the variable of educational qualification and differences in favor of university degree holders. 3) There are statistically significant differences attributable to the variable of professional experience and differences in favor of those with experience (5 and less than 15 years).
