A1 العلي، شيراز AB هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مستوى جودة برنامج إعداد المعلم في كلية التربية بالقنيطرة من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية فيها. لتحقيق هدف الدراسة، استخدمت الباحثة مقياسا تضمن (50) معيارا توزعت على (6) مجالات وفق مقياس خماسي متدرج، وهي: معارف الطلبة المعلمين ومهاراتهم واتجاهاتهم (البرامج المقدمة - نظام التقييم والتقويم في الكلية - التربية العملية والخبرات الميدانية - التنوّع والفروق الفردية - تأهيل أعضاء هيئة التدريس وأدائهم وتنميتهم المهنية - إدارة الكلية ومواردها). وتكونت عينة البحث من (11) عضوا من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في كلية التربية بالقنيطرة من جامعة دمشق. أظهرت النتائج: أن مستوى جودة برنامج إعداد المعلم في كلية التربية بالقنيطرة من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية فيها كانت (كبيرة)، وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط مستوى جودة برنامج إعداد المعلم في كلية التربية بالقنيطرة المعطى من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية فيها بحسب متغيرات الدراسة (الجنس - القدم الوظيفي). To achieve this goal, the researcher used a scale that included (50) criteria distributed on (6) areas according to a five-graded scale, namely: (student teachers’ knowledge, skills and attitudes (programs offered) - the assessment and evaluation system in the college - practical education and field experiences - diversity and individual differences - qualification, performance and professional development of faculty members - the college administration and its resources). The research sample consisted of (11) members of the Quneitra education faculty from Damascus University. The study concluded that the degree of the teacher preparation program quality at Quneitra education faculty from the point of view of its faculty members in it is (great), and there are also no statistically significant differences in the average degree of verification of the teacher preparation program quality at Quneitra education faculty from the point of view of its faculty members in it, according to the study variables (sex - career seniority).
