A1 الحربي، سعيد صلاح حمدي A2 الشريف، خليل إبراهيم أحمد AB هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الخطاب الموجه للمعلم في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات بالمملكة العربية السعودية، والتعرف على درجة تأثيره على الروح المعنوية لهم من وجهة نظرهم، وتقديم مقترحات للاستفادة من الخطاب الموجه للمعلم في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في رفع معنويات المعلمين والمعلمات تجاه عملهم. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من المعلمين في ثلاث إدارات تعليمية هي: الرياض وجدة والمنطقة الشرقية، البالغ عددهم (173394) معلماً ومعلمة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (672) معلماً ومعلمة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء استبانة تكونت من (50) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن النظرة الإيجابية للمعلم في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي كانت بدرجة عالية، في حين جاءت النظرة السلبية للمعلم في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بدرجة متوسطة، وأن تأثير الخطاب الموجه للمعلم في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي على روحه المعنوية كان بدرجة عالية. وحصلت المقترحات التي تبنتها الدراسة على درجة موافقة عالية جداً. The study was based on the descriptive approach, and the study population consisted of teachers in three educational departments: Riyadh, Jeddah and Ash Sharqiyah Region, whose number was (173394) male and female teachers, and the sample of the study consisted of (672) male and female teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed consisting of (50) items distributed on three axes. The study results showed that the teacher's positive perception on social media was to a large extent, while the negative perception of the teacher on social media came in a medium degree, and that the effect of the speech directed to the teacher in social media on his morale was to a large extent. The proposals adopted by the study obtained a very large degree of approval.
