A1 العساف، خولة بنت صالح بن حمد AB هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن متطلبات تفعيل الشراكة البينية للإشراف العلمي في تجويد طالب البحث العلمي، والمشرف العلمي، والبحث العلمي بالجامعات السعودية، من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية في جامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية، واعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وذلك من خلال توزيع استبانة على أعضاء هيئة التدريس ذوي الخبرة التربوية بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية، وعددهم (168) وكان عدد المستجيبين (128) عضو بنسبة (76%) من المجتمع الأصلي. وتوصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية: جاءت موافقة أفراد الدراسة على متطلبات تفعيل الشراكة البينية للإشراف العلمي لتجويد طالب البحث العلمي، والمشرف العلمي، والبحث العلمي بالجامعات السعودية بدرجة (عالية)، وأوصت الدراسة بالإفادة من الخبرات العربية والدولية في مجال الشراكة البينية للإشراف العلمي، والاستعانة ببعض الكفاءات من ذوي الخبرة من خارج الجامعة، وخاصة من الجامعات العربية ممن لديهم تجربة وخبرة في برامج الشراكات البينية في البحث العلمي، وبنشر ثقافة الشراكة البينية للإشراف العلمي من خلال إقامة الدورات التدريبية ،كما أوصت بإنشاء مراكز بحثية تقوم على البحوث البينية بكل جامعة، لتتولى تهيئة الوسائل التي تتم من خلالها تفعيل الشراكة البينية للإشراف العلمي، وإعداد حلول إجرائية للتغلب على الصعوبات التي تحد من التفعيل. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to reveal the role of the inter-partnership of scientific supervision in the improvement of the scientific research student, the scientific supervisor, and the Scientific Research in Saudi universities, from the point of view of the faculty members at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. The researcher relied on the descriptive survey approach; by distributing a questionnaire to the faculty members with an educational experience at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University; their number was (168) and the number of respondents was (128) members of (76%) of the original community. The study reached the following results: The approval of the faculty members on the role of the inter-partnership for scientific supervision in the improvement of the scientific research student, the scientific supervisor, and the Scientific Research in Saudi universities came with a (high) degree. The study recommended benefiting from Arab and international experiences in the field of inter-partnership for scientific supervision, setting prizes for the best inter-partnerships for scientific oversight in different sciences, and spreading the culture of inter-partnership for scientific oversight through the establishment of training courses; to prepare how the inter partnership for scientific oversight is activated, and developing procedural solutions to overcome the difficulties that limit the activation of the interpartnership for scientific supervision.
