A1 السعدي، محمد زين صالح AB هدف البحث إلى معرفة درجة توافر إستراتيجيات التدريس والأنشطة اللاصفية في مدارس عدن الثانوية النموذجية للموهوبين. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي (المسحي). تكونت مجموعة البحث من جميع العاملين في مدارس عدن النموذجية (معلمين - إداريين)، البالغ عددهم (73) فردا. توصل البحث إلى نتائج، أهمها: 1) حصل محورا البحث على متوسط حسابي (2.44)، وانحراف معياري (0.45)، وكانت درجة توافر استراتيجيات التدريس والأنشطة اللاصفية بمدارس عدن الثانوية النموذجية للموهوبين (قليلة). 2) حصل محور "استراتيجيات التدريس" على المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي (2.61)، وبانحراف معياري (0.46)، بينما حصل محور "الأنشطة اللاصفية" على المرتبة الثانية بمتوسط حسابي (2.28)، وبانحراف معياري (0.48). 3) عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) بين استجابات أفراد مجموعة البحث لدرجة توافر استراتيجيات التدريس والأنشطة اللاصفية تُعزى للمتغيرات (نوع المدرسة - الوظيفة الحالية بالمدرسة - سنوات الخبرة مع الموهوبين). توصل البحث إلى توصيات، أهمها: إعادة النظر في إستراتيجيات التدريس والأنشطة اللاصفية في مدارس عدن الثانوية النموذجية للموهوبين. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The aim of the research is to find out the availability of teaching strategies and extra-curricular activities in Aden typical high schools, and the research used descriptive (survey) method, the group consisted of all the workers in the Aden typical high schools (teachers - administrative), the group was (73) persons, and the study reached the following results: 1) The research axes obtained an average of (2.44), and a standard deviation (0.45), and the availability of teaching strategies and extra-curricular activities in Aden typical high schools for gifted (few). 2) The "teaching strategies" axis ranked first with an average of (2.61), and a standard deviation of (0.46), and the “extra-curricular activities" axis ranked second with an average of (2.28), and a standard deviation of (0.48). 3) There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the responses of the research group members to the availability of teaching strategies an extra-curricular activities due to variables (type of school - job current at school - years of experience with gifted). The research reached recommendations, the most important of which are: a review of teaching strategies and extra-curricular activities in Aden typical high schools.
