A1 عطا الله، مصطفى خليل محمود AB هدفت الدراسة إلى إعداد برنامج علاجي ميتامعرفي، وقياس فاعليته في خفض أعراض الاضطراب الوجداني ثنائي القطب من النوع الثاني لدى إحدى طالبات الفرقة الثانية بكلية التمريض، جامعة المنيا، حيث طبق الباحث عليها استمارة المقابلة الشخصية (تاريخ الحالة)، وقائمة المعيار التشخيصي لأعراض اضطراب ثنائي القطب من النوع الثاني في الدليل التشخيصي الخامس المعدل للاضطرابات النفسية (DSM-5؛ تعريب الباحث)، واستفتاء الميتامعرفي (MCQ-30؛ تعريب أبو زيد، 2018)، ومقياس متلازمة الانتباه المعرفي (CAS-16؛ تعريب الزيداني، 2020)، ومقياس احتمالية الانتحار (تعريب البحيري، 2014)، ومقياس الاكتئاب والقلق والإجهاد (DASS-21؛ تعريب الأنصاري، 2021)، والبرنامج العلاجي الميتامعرفي (إعداد الباحث). اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التجريبي المتمثل في تصميم دراسة الحالة المفردة في العلاج النفسي. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة فاعلية البرنامج العلاجي الميتامعرفي في خفض أعراض الاضطراب الوجداني ثنائي القطب من النوع الثاني لدى الطالبة (الحالة) بالفرقة الثانية بكلية التمريض، وكان حجم تأثير البرنامج كبيرا، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تمت صياغة مجموعة من التوصيات والبحوث المقترحة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to prepare a cognitive therapeutic program and examine its effectiveness in reducing the symptoms of bipolar II disorder of a second-year female student at the Faculty of Nursing, Minia University. The researcher applied an interview form (case history), the second type of the Fifth Modified Diagnostic Manual of Mental Disorders (5-DSM; Arabized by the researcher), the metacognitive questionnaire (30-MCQ; Arabized by Abu Zaid, 2018), the Cognitive Attentional Syndrome Scale (CAS-16; Arabized by AlZaidani, 2020), the measure of the possibility of suicide (Arabized by Al-Buhari, 2014) , the Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale 21-DASS; Arabized by Al-Ansari, 2021), and the meta-cognitive therapeutic program (prepared by the researcher). The study revealed the effectiveness of the meta-cognitive therapeutic program in reducing the symptoms of bipolar affective disorder of the second type in the student (the case) in the second year of the College of Nursing. The ratio of the effectiveness of the program was high, and in the light of these results a set of recommendations and proposed research has been formulated.
