A1 التكريتي، رغد سعدي نصيف جاسم A2 العبيدي، صباح مرشود منوخ AB يهدف البحث التعرف على: 1) مستوى التحفيز الذاتي لدى طلبة الجامعة. 2) مستوى المسؤولية الشخصية لدى طلبة الجامعة. 3) العلاقة بين التحفيز الذاتي والمسؤولية الشخصية. تكونت عينة البحث من (600) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة جامعة تكريت، بواقع (300) طالبا من التخصص العلمي والإنساني و(300) طالبة من التخصص العلمي والإنساني، قام الباحثان ببناء مقياس لقياس التحفيز الذاتي ومقياس لقياس المسؤولية الشخصية، وباستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي الـ SPSS. أظهرت النتائج الآتي: 1) امتلاك طلبة الجامعة مستوى متوسط من المسؤولية الشخصية. 2) وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين التحفيز الذاتي والمسؤولية الشخصية وفي ضوء نتائج البحث صاغ الباحثان عددا من التوصيات والمقترحات. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The research aims to identify: 1) The level of self-motivation among university students. 2) The level of personal responsibility among university students. 3) The relationship between the variables: Effective study skills and their relationship to personal responsibility. The research sample consisted of university students Tikrit, and the sample reached (600) male and female students, including (300) students from the scientific and human specializations and (300) students from the scientific and human specialization. The researchers built three metrics that measure self-motivation, effective study skills and personal responsibility among university students, and by using the statistical analysis program SPSS. The results showed: 1) University students possess a medium level of personal responsibility. 2) There is a positive correlation between self-motivation, and personal responsibility. In light of the research results, the researcher formulated a number of recommendations and proposals.
