A1 الغيث، العنود محمد A2 العتيبي، غلباء بنت فيصل بن حدجان A2 العتيبي، سامية تراحيب A2 الفايز، عبير عبد الرحمن A2 التركي، مريم بنت عبد الكريم بن منصور AB هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة إسهام القيادات المدرسية في تعزيز العمل التطوعي من خلال المجتمع، والمنهج، والأنشطة الطلابية. تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وتم استخدام الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات. تكون مجتمع الدارسة من جميع معلمات المرحلة الثانوية في مدينة الرياض، والبالغ عددهن (9335) معلمة خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 1439-1440 هـ. تكونت العينة من عينة عشوائية يبلغ عددها (368) معلمة. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة إسهام القيادات المدرسية في تعزيز العمل التطوعي من خلال المجتمع والمنهج والأنشطة الطلابية (عالية). وأوصت الدراسة بتشجيع الإدارة المدرسية من خلال الحوافز بأنواعها بزيادة الاهتمام بالمجتمع ليكون لها الدور الكبير في التقدم والعطاء والتغيير من خلال العمل التطوعي. وضرورة التركيز على أهمية دور الطلبة تجاه الوطن وتنمية حب الوطن والمشاركة في الإعمال التطوعية. To achieve the aims of the study, the survey descriptive approach was followed. The study used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The study community consisted of all secondary school teachers in the city of Riyadh, who numbered (9335) female teachers during the first semester of the academic year 1439/1440 AH. The study sample consisted of a random sample of (368) female teachers. The results have shown that the degree of school leaders' contribution to promoting volunteerism through society, curriculum and student activities (high). The study recommended encouraging school administration through incentives of all kinds to increase interest in society so that it has a great role in progress, giving and change through volunteer work. And the need to focus on the importance of the students ’role towards the country, develop patriotism, and participate in volunteer work.
