A1 عبود، نهاد ساجد A2 محمد، بكر عبد المجيد AB يهدف البحث الإجابة عن السؤال الأساسي: ما هو أثر البحث العلمي في الجامعات بتنمية المجتمع في جوانبه التعليمية والاقتصادية والسياسية. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي في جمع المعلومات وتحليل النتائج، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: 1) ضعف النشاط البحثي في الجامعات لارتباطها بنواحي تنظيمية وفنية ومالية. 2) ضعف العلاقة وصعوبة التعاون بين الجامعات وقطاعات الصناعة، إذ ترى الجامعات بأن المؤسسات الصناعية لا تثق كثيرا في الأبحاث الجامعية في الدراسات العليا وعدم قناعتهم بفائدتها لمؤسساتهم في الوقت الذي يشعر رجال الأعمال في القطاعات الصناعية بأن الجامعات لا تهتم بإجراء بحوث تطبيقية تعالج الإنتاج. وقد ذكر الباحثان مجموعة من التوصيات، منها: 1) تفعيل الشراكة بين المجتمع والجامعة واتاحة الفرصة للقطاع الخاص والمؤسسات الإنتاجية لأخذ دورها في هذا الأمر. 2) رصد الميزانيات المالية للبحث العلمي وتحريرها من الإجراءات الروتينية لضبط إجراءات المبالغ لغرض ضبطها وترسيخ النظرة إلى الاتفاق على البحث العلمي بأنه ليس هدرا للأموال بل هو أكثر أنواع الاستثمار ريعا. The researchers used the descriptive methodology to gather information and analyze the findings. The study yielded many findings, with the most significant being the correlation between research activity at universities and its association with certain elements, which revealed a deficiency. The relationship between universities and industrial sectors is hindered by regulatory, technical, and financial challenges. There is a lack of cooperation due to universities perceiving a lack of confidence from industrial institutions in their postgraduate research, and industrial sectors feeling that universities are not interested in conducting applied research that addresses production. The researchers proposed several recommendations, such as enhancing the collaboration between society and the university, facilitating the involvement of the private sector and productive institutions, allocating financial resources for scientific research, and streamlining administrative procedures. To regulate the protocols for managing the funds and to solidify the perception that scientific research is not a frivolous expenditure, but rather the most lucrative kind of investment.
