AB  هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على مستوى الحاجات النفسية وعلاقته بالقيم الاجتماعية لدى معلمي المرحلة الأساسية في منطقة تبوك في المملكة العربية السعودية، وقد استجاب على الدراسة عينة من المعلمين بلغ عددهم (171) معلما ومعلمة، وتم تطوير مقياسين هما: مقياس الحاجات النفسية والقيم الاجتماعية، وتم التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياسين من صدق وثبات، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع من الحاجات النفسية والقيم الاجتماعية لدى المعلمين، كما توصلت الى وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إيجابية بين الحاجات النفسية والقيم الاجتماعية، وأن المعلمين لا يختلفوا في الحاجات النفسية والقيم الاجتماعية تبعا لكل من النوع الاجتماعي والتخصص وسنوات الخبرة، وبناء على نتائج الدراسة فقد خرجت الدراسة ببعض التوصيات منها تدعيم وتشجيع المعلمين للمحافظة على المستوى المرتفع لديهم في الحاجات النفسية والقيم الاجتماعية. AB  The study aimed to identify the level of psychological needs and its relationship to social values among teachers of the basic stage in the Tabuk region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Verification of the psychometric properties of the two scales for validity and reliability, the results of the study concluded that there is a high level of psychological needs and social values among teachers, as well as the existence of a positively significant correlation between psychological needs and social values, and that teachers do not differ in psychological needs and social values according to gender, specialization and years of experience. On the results of the study, the study came out with some recommendations, including supporting and encouraging teachers to maintain the high level they have in psychological needs and social values.
