A1 السخري، أماني صلاح عبده عبده A2 الموافي، فؤاد حامد A2 عسران، كريم منصور محمد AB هدفت الدارسة إلى الكشف عن فعالية برنامج تدريبي تخاطبي في خفض المصاداة وأثره علـي التواصل اللفظي لدى أطفال اضطراب التوحد. تكونت العينة من (5) أطفال (2 ذكور، 3 إناث) تتراوح أعمارهم من (6-9) سنة بمركز حقي أتعلم لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بالمنصورة، ودرجة التوحد من (34-36) على مقياس تقدير التوحد الطفولي، وكذلك البرنامج التدريبي التخاطبي (إعداد الباحثة). اتبعت الدراسة المنهج شبه التجريبي التصميم (قبلي - بعدي) للمجموعة الواحدة. توصلت النتائج إلى: 1) وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي على مقياس المصاداة اللفظي (الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية) تجاه القياس البعدي. 2) وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي على مقياس تقدير الاتصال اللغوي (الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية) لصالح القياس البعدي. 3) عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي على مقياس المصاداة (الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية). 4) عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي على مقياس تقدير الاتصال اللغوي (الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية). 5) وجود تأثير كبير للبرنامج التدريبي التخاطبي المستخدم في خفض المصاداة لدى عينة الدراسة. وقد صاغت الباحثة عددا من التوصيات والبحوث المقترحة في ضوء نتائج الدراسة. The study sample consisted of (5) children (2 males and 3 females) aged from (6: 9) years at Haqy Ataelm center for children with special needs, their degree of autism ranged from (34:36) on The Childhood Autism Rating Scale. The child performance observation form (preparation by the researcher), and the speech training program (preparation by the researcher). The study followed the semi-experimental approach of the "pre- post" design of one group. The study results demonstrated the following: 1) There are statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the mean signed rank score of the experimental group in the pre-post tests on echolalia scale (dimensions and total score) in favor of the post-test. 2) There are statistically significant differences between the mean signed rank score of the experimental group in the pre-post tests on Language Communication Assessment scale (dimensions and total score) in favor of the post-test. 3) There aren't statistically significant differences between the mean signed rank score of the experimental group in the post-followed tests on echolalia scale (dimensions and total score). 4) There aren't statistically significant differences between the mean signed rank score of the experimental group in the post-followed tests on Language Communication Assessment scale (dimensions and total score). 5) There is a significant effect size of the speech training program used in the current study on reducing echolalia among sample study. The researcher formulated a number of recommendations and proposed research in light of the study results.
