A1 البلجيهي، السعيد زينهم عبد العظيم A2 راضي، فوقية محمد محمد A2 عبد الجواد، نادية السعيد AB هدف البحث إلى تحديد ما إذا كانت هناك فروق في التنمر الطلابي ضد معلمي المرحلة الثانوية يعزى إلى متغيرات الجنس وسنوات الخبرة التدريسية للمعلم، وكذلك التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين التنمر الطلابي ضد المعلمين وشعور المعلمين بالإنهاك النفسي. تكونت العينة من (240) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بالمدارس الحكومية بمحافظة الدقهلية، منهم (141) معلما، (99) معلمة، استجابوا لمقياس التنمر الطلابي ضد المعلمين (إعداد الباحث)، ومقياس ماسلاش للإنهاك النفسي "الصورة الخاصة بالمعلم" (تعريب وتقنين فوقيه راضي، 2014). أشارت النتائج إلى: 1) عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات المعلمين ومتوسطات درجات المعلمات على مقياس التنمر الطلابي ضد المعلمين (التنمر اللفظي، التنمر النفسي، التنمر الجسمي، التنمر الإلكتروني، الدرجة الكلية). 2) وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين المعلمين ذوى سنوات الخبرة التدريسية (10 سنوات فأقل)، وكذلك من (11-20 سنة) والمعلمين ذوى سنوات الخبرة التدريسية (أكثر من 20 سنة) على مقياس التنمر الطلابي ضد المعلمين وذلك في صالح المعلمين ذوى سنوات الخبرة التدريسية (10 سنوات فأقل). 3) وجود معاملات ارتباط موجبة ودالة إحصائيا بين درجات المعلمين على مقياس التنمر الطلابي ضد المعلمين ودرجاتهم على مقياس الإنهاك النفسي (الإرهاق الانفعالي، تبلد المشاعر، نقص الإنجاز الشخصي، والدرجة الكلية). أوصى الباحث بضرورة إعداد برامج إرشادية لتقليل التنمر الطلابي ضد المعلمين. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study aims at examining whether there are differences in students' bullying against teachers of secondary stage attributed to teachers’ sex and years of teaching experience, and also identifying the nature of relationship between students' bullying against teachers and teachers’ feelings of burnout. The research sample consisted of (240) secondary stage male and female teachers referred from Dakahlia Governorate public schools, (141 male and 99 female). Participants responded to: A Scale of students' bullying against teachers (prepared by the researcher) and Maslach Burnout Inventory Educators Survey (Radi, 2014). The study results revealed no statistically significant differences between the scores means of males and females in experiencing students' bullying against teachers verbal, psychological, physical, electronic bullying and total score). There were statistically significant differences between the scores means of teachers with teaching experience ten years or less and also 11-20 years and teachers with teaching experience more than 20 years in experiencing students' bullying in favor of teachers with teaching experience ten years or less. There were statistically significant positive correlation coefficients between the scores of teachers on the scale of students' bullying against teachers and their scores in the scale of burnout (Emotional Exhaustion, Depersonalization, Personal Accomplishment, total score). The Researcher recommended designing counseling programs for reducing students' bullying against teachers.
