A1 عبد القادر، فتحية أحمد AB يهدف البحث إلى التوصل إلى قائمة بالمهارات الناعمة اللازمة للمعلم مرتبة حسب أهميتها له في قيامه لأدواره بكفاءة، وذلك من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية، ومديري المدارس والمشرفين التربويين بالمراحل التعليمية المختلفة. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وأعدت استبانة للتعرف على درجة أهمية كل من المهارات الناعمة الرئيسه والفرعية للمعلم، وتكونت الاستبانة من خمسة محاور تمثل المهارات الناعمة الرئيسة يتندرج تحتها سبع وعشرون مهارة فرعية، وطبقت الاستبانة على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية، جامعة الإسكندرية، بلغ عددها 98 عضوا، وعينة من مديري المدارس والمشرفين التربويين وعددهم 40 مدير، و28 مشرف تربوي. وخلص البحث إلى قائمة بالمهارات الناعمة اللازمة للمعلم وكان ترتيبها تنازليا حسب أهميتها للمعلم كالآتي: مهارات العمل في فريق وقيادته، ومهارات التفكير، ومهارات التواصل، ومهارات تسويق الذات، والمهارات الرقمية، وكذلك تم تقديم قائمة بخمس عشرة مهارة ناعمة فرعية تمثل اولوية في برامج إعداد المعلم. كما تم تقديم عدة توصيات واقترحات حول كيفية الاستفادة من هذه القائمة في الإرتقاء بمهارات المعلم. To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher Used the descriptive approach and prepared a questionnaire to identify the degree of importance of each of the main and Subsidiary Soft skills of the teacher. The questionnaire Consisted of Five axes representing the main skills under which are twenty- seven Sub-Skills, it was applied to a sample of (98). Faculty members at the Faculty of Education Alexandria University, and a Sample of (40) School managers and (28) Educational supervisors. The research Concluded with a list of the soft skills needed for the teacher and they were arranged in descending order According to their importance to teacher as follows: Teamwork Skills and leadership, Thinking Skills, Communication Skills, marketing skill and digital skills, finally several recommend defines and Suggestions were made on how to benefit From this list in upgrading the skills of the teacher.
