A1 العمر، العنود إبراهيم عبد الله AB هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرّف على دور التمكين الإداري في رفع الكفاءة الإدارية لدى قائدات مدارس الثانوية الحكومية بالرياض. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات اللازمة لهذه الدراسة، تكون مجتمع الدّراسة من جميع قائدات المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في مدينة الرياض، والبالغ عددهن (211) قائدة، أما إفراد الدراسة فقد بلغ عددهن (130) قائدة، توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج أبرزها ما يلي: أن مفردات الدارسة موافقات بشدة على دور التمكين الإداري في رفع الكفاءة الإدارية لدى قائدات مدارس الثانوية الحكومية في مدينة الرياض، حيث جاء دور التمكين الإداري لقائدات المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في رفع كفاءة التخطيط في المرتبة الأولى، يليه بعد التنظيم، بينما جاء بُعد صناعة القرارات في المرتبة الأخيرة. To achieve this, the researcher used the survey descriptive approach. She also used the questionnaire as a tool for gathering data required for this study. The study community consisted of all school female leaders of high public schools in Riyadh, with number of (211) female leaders. The study was represented of 130 female leaders. The study concluded a group of results, notable among these are: Study individuals responded with “strongly agree” to “the role of administrative empowerment in increasing administrative efficiency of school female leaders of high public schools in Riyadh”. The role of administrative empowerment, of school female leaders of high public schools, in increasing the planning efficiency came first, followed by the regulation dimension, and the dimension of decision making came last.
