AB  هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة المهارات القيادية لدى طلبة جامعة الكويت، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة إستخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (370) طالبا وطالبة من جامعة الكويت، إختيروا بطريقة العينة العنقودية العشوائية الممثلة لمجتمع الدارسة. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة أعدت إستبانة لجمع المعلومات، وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها بالطرائق العلمية. وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة المهارات القيادية لدى طلبة جامعة الكويت من وجهة نظر الطلبة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة في كل مجالات الدراسة (مهارات إدارية أساسية، مهارات الذكاء العاطفي، مهارات إدارة التغيير، مهارات اتخاذ القرارات، مهارات الإتصال)، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية في تصورات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة المهارات القيادية لدى طلبة جامعة الكويت تبعا لمتغيري الجنس ونوع الكلية. AB  The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing leadership skills among Kuwait University students. The sample of the study consisted of (370) male and female students from all faculties at Kuwait university, and it was chosen using the random cluster sample method that represents the study population. A questionnaire was developed as a tool for collecting data, and its validity and consistency were confirmed by scientific methods. The results of the study indicated that the degree of practicing leadership skills among Kuwait university students from the point of view of the students themselves came to a medium degree for all its domains (basic administrative skills, emotional intelligence skills, change management skills, decision-making skills, and communication skills). The results also pointed that there were no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic average of the study sample's perceptions of the degree of practicing leadership skills among Kuwait University students, according to the variables of gender and type of faculty.
