A1 المشرفي، راية بنت سعيد بن علي AB هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء انموذج مقترح لتفعيل ممارسة معايير القيادة الإبتكارية في مؤسسات التعليم العام، والتحقق من صدقه وقابلية تطبيقه. حيث تضمن الأنموذج في صورته النهائية (47) معيارا تستوفي معايير الصدق والثبات، وتغطي (5) أبعاد رئيسة. تم تطبيق الأنموذج على (12) عضو هيئة التدريس من حملة شهادة الدكتوراة في الإدارة التربوية في الجامعات العمانية والأردنية للعام الدراسي 2022/2023، وقد إستعمل المنهج الوصفي التطويري حيث بلغ معامل الثبات (0.91). وفي ضوء هذه النتائج يوصي الباحث بالإفادة من هذا الأنموذج لتفعيل ممارسة معايير القيادة الإبتكارية في مؤسسات التعليم العام، من منطلق أنه لم يبن أنموذج الأنموذج لتفعيل ممارسة معايير القيادة الإبتكارية في مؤسسات التعليم العام. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study aims at designing a suggested model to activate the practice of standards for the innovative leadership in public education Institutions, and to verify its credibility’ and applicability in these institutions. The measure includes in its final version (49) criteria which meet the standard criteria for credibility. It also covers five key dimensions. The measure has been applied to (12) faculty members holding a PhD in educational administration in Omani universities for the academic year 2022/2023, the reliability coefficient of the tool is (0.91). Based on the findings of this research, it is in light of these results, the researcher recommends to make use of this suggested model to activate the practice of standards for the Innovative leadership in public education Institutions because this model doesn't exist in public education institutions.
