A1 الفهادي، دليل محمد عبد الرحمن A2 القحطاني، عثمان بن علي AB تهدف الدراسة إلى بحث تدني مستوى معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية في مهارات البراعة الرياضية، وفي محاوله إيجاد دليل علمي حول درجة امتلاك معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية لمهارات البراعة الرياضية، وقد تم اختيار عينة مكونة من (32) معلمة من معلمات الرياضيات بالمرحلة الابتدائية، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وذلك لقياس درجة امتلاك معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية لمهارات البراعة الرياضية، وانتهت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى امتلاك معلمات الرياضية لمهارات البراعة الرياضية بصفة عامة كانت متوسطة، في حين تباينت مستويات المهارات الرئيسة بين (ضعيف، ومتوسط)، كما وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات معلمات رياضيات المرحلة الابتدائية تعزي لمتغير المستوي التعليمي (أقل من بكالوريوس - بكالوريوس علوم ورياضيات - بكالوريوس تربوي أو معلمين)، لصالح مجموعة معلمات الرياضيات ذات مؤهل بكالوريوس علوم ورياضيات، على مستوي مهارات البراعة الرياضية بصفة عامة، أيضاً أنتهت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات معلمات رياضيات المرحلة الابتدائية في مهارات البراعة الرياضية بصفة عامة وفي كل مهارة علي حدة تعزي لمتغير الصف الدراسي، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات معلمات رياضيات المرحلة الابتدائية في مهارات البراعة الرياضية بصفة عامة وفي كل مهارة علي حدة تعزي لمتغير الخبرة التدريسية. The study attempted to investigate the degree to which the primary stage teachers possess skills of mathematical proficiency, and the participants included (32) teachers in primary school, The study relied on the descriptive approach measure the degree to which the primary stage teachers possess skills of mathematical proficiency. The results of the study concluded that the level which the primary stage teachers possess skills of mathematical proficiency in general came at a moderate level, while the main skill levels varied between (weak and moderate). There were also statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the elementary mathematics Teachers attributed to the variable of the educational level (less than Bachelor - Bachelor of Science and Mathematics - Bachelor of Education or Teachers) In favor of a group of mathematics teachers with a bachelor's degree in science and mathematics, on the level of skills of mathematical proficiency in general. The results also showed no differences between the mean scores of the teachers mathematics of the primary stage in the skills mathematical proficiency in general and in each skill separately attributed to the variable class, and there are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the teachers mathematic of the primary stage in the skills of mathematical proficiency in general and in each skill separately to support the variable of teaching experience.
