A1 جنيدي، ليلى محمد صدقي AB هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع استخدام الطالبات للفصول الافتراضية في برامج التعليم عن بُعد في كلية التربية بجامعة حائل، والكشف عن إيجابيات وسلبيات استخدام الفصول الاافتراضية من وجهة نظر الطالبات، وتحديد المعوقات التي تحد من استخدامها، واعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ وتم جمع البيانات من خلال استبانة تم تطبيقها على عينة تألفت من (50) طالبة تم اختيارهن بطريقة عشوائية منتظمة. وتوصل البحث إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: أن استخدم الفصول الافتراضية من وجهة نظر المعلمين سوف يساعد في تحديث وتطوير أساليب التعلم الافتراضي، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إيجابية آراء العينة نحو الفصول الافتراضية، وأنها من أفضل الحلول التعليمية المستخدمة في ظل الأزمات، مثل أزمة كورونا وغيرها. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود صعوبات تواجه المعلمات عند استخدامهن للفصول الافتراضية؛ نظراً لكثافة المادة العلمية في المقرر، وصعوبة تدريس الجانب العملي وغيرها. واقترحت الدراسة عدداً من التوصيات لتفعيل دور الفصول الافتراضية من خلال التركيز على رفع الكفاءة التدريبية لكل أعضاء هيئة التدريس، مع ضرورة تهيئة البيئة الافتراضية الداعمة، مثل: تفعيل البريد الإلكتروني الجامعي، والتسجيل الأكاديمي، والاشتراك عبر المنصات الرقمية والتفاعل معها. The results of the study also showed the positive attitude of the study towards virtual classes. due to the intensity of the scientific material in the course, the difficulty of teaching the practical aspect, and others. The study came up with a list of suggestions for making virtual classes more useful. These suggestions focused on improving the teaching skills of each faculty member and the need to create a supportive virtual environment.
