The study followed the descriptive correlational approach. The study tools of the time management scale (Fatiha, 2019) and the quality-of-life scale (Al- Otaibi, 2014) were applied to a randomly selected sample of (154) male and female students. The results of the study revealed that the general average of the responses of the study individuals on the time management scale achieved a value of (4.32) out of (5), and the general average of the responses of the study individuals on the quality of academic life scale achieved a value of (2.51) out of (3), which indicates that Until the study members' responses to the scale were always satisfied. The study also found that there is a statistically significant positive correlation at the level of significance (0.01) between the dimensions of the time management scale and the dimensions of the quality of academic life scale and the total score of the two scales. This means that the higher the level of time management among the study individuals, the higher the level of quality of academic life. The study concluded with a few recommendations, the most important of which is the need for various educational institutions to work on educating students about effective practices in their time and holding seminars and scientific meetings to enhance the quality of academic life for university students.
