A1 إبراهيم، إبراهيم رفعت A2 مبروك، رشا محمد علي A2 عبد الحميد، نسمه جمال AB هدف البحث إلى تقديم نموذج إرشادي مقترح قائم على مهارات التعاطف لخفض سلوك التنمر الإلكتروني لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية، وشمل البحث أربعة تساؤلات رئيسية، السؤال الأول هدف إلى تحديد أبعاد التنمر الإلكتروني لدي طلاب المرحلة الثانوية وهي (التخفي الإلكتروني، التزوير الإلكتروني، الاعتداء الإلكتروني، التمييز العنصري الإلكتروني)، في حين هدف السؤال الثاني إلى تحديد مهارات التعاطف لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية وتشمل (مهارات وجدانية، مهارات شخصية، مهارات سلوكية)، كما هدف السؤال الثالث إلى وضع رؤية شاملة لتوظيف مهارات التعاطف كمدخل لخفض سلوك التنمر الإلكتروني مستخدمة نظريات الإرشاد المختلفة بفنياتها الإرشادية، وفي النهاية تم الإجابة على السؤال الرابع الرئيسي للبحث والخاص بالنموذج الإرشادي المقترح القائم على مهارات التعاطف من خلال عدد من الخطوات الإجرائية بهدف خفض سلوك التنمر الإلكتروني لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية. The research included four main questions. The first question aimed to define the dimensions of cyber-bullying among high school students, namely (electronic hiding, electronic forgery, electronic assault, electronic distinguish), while the second question aimed to identify the empathy skills of high school students, including (emotional skills, interpersonal skills, behavioral skills). The third question also aimed to develop a comprehensive vision for employing empathy skills as an entry point to reduce the behavior of cyber-bullying by using different counseling theories with their counseling techniques, and in the end the fourth main question of the research related to the proposed indicative model based on empathy skills was answered through a number of procedural steps with the aim of reducing cyber-bullying behavior among secondary stage students.
