A1 عبد القادر، عبد الستار أبو هاشم A2 أرناؤوط، أحمد إبراهيم سلمى A2 جمعة، أمل جمعة كامل AB هدف البحث إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتحسين أداء مشرفي التوجيه الفني بالإدارات التعليمية بشمال سيناء في ضوء مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين. اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي الذي يستخدم عادة لدراسة واقع بعينه في الوقت الحاضر، حيث يعمل على تحليل الواقع المعني بالدراسة وتحليله إلى عناصر، وإبراز العلاقات التي تربط فيما بينها مما يسمح في النهاية بفهم منطق حركتها وتطورها ومن ثم يمكن التنبؤ بما يحتمل أن تصير إليه في المستقبل. توصل فى نهايته إلى تصور مقترح لتحسين أداء مشرفي التوجيه الفني بالإدارات التعليمية بشمال سيناء فى ضوء مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The objective of the research is to develop a proposed vision to improve the performance of technical guidance supervisors in North Sinai's educational departments in the light of the skills of the 21st century. The research relied on the descriptive approach commonly used to study a particular reality at present. in which it analyses the reality of the study, analyses it into elements and highlights the relationships between them, which ultimately allows for an understanding of the logic of their movement and evolution and thus predictable what they are likely to become in the future. Finally, a proposal was made to improve the performance of technical guidance supervisors in North Sinai's educational departments in the light of the skills of the twenty-first century.
