A1 البكري، إبتهاج عبد الحكم A2 السعود، راتب سلامة AB هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في الأردن للقيادة الإبداعية، وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (377) معلماً، ومعلمةً. أظهرت نتائج الدِّراسة أن درجة ممارسةَ مديري المدارس الحكومية في الأردن للقيادةِ الإبداعية من وجهة نظر معلميهم جاءت متوسطة. كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مسـتوى الدلالة (0.05=α) في درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في الأردن للقيادة الإبداعية، تعزى لمتغيري: الجنس (لصالح الإناث)، والمؤهل العلمي (لصالح ذوي المؤهل العلمي دراسات عليا)، في حين لا تـوجد فـروق تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. The descriptive survey methodology was used. The study sample consisted of 377 male and female teachers. The results of the study showed that the degree to which public school principals in Jordan practice creative leadership from the point of view of their teachers was medium. The results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (α=0.05) in the degree to which public school principals in Jordan practice creative leadership due to the variables: gender (in favor of females) and academic qualification (in favor of those with a postgraduate academic qualification), while there were no differences due to the variable of years of experience.
