It used the analytical-synthetic methodology, due to its suitability to the current study. The researcher reviewed the concept of leadership according to the morals of the sheikhs. the traits and characteristics of the sheikh in leadership and the pillars of leadership according to the ethics of the sheikhs. in light of this, the study presented a proposed perception for educational leadership according to the theory of Leadership with the ethics of sheikhs among school principals in Jordan.
