A1 حجة، نارا عزمي محمد A2 الرزيقات، سائد فؤاد أحمد AB هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف لواقع تطبيق القيادة الموزعة لدى العمداء ورؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية العاملين في جامعة القدس، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي من خلال استبانة تم توزيعها على (90) عميداً ورئيس قسم في جامعة القدس، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع تطبيق القيادة الموزعة لدى العمداء ورؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية العاملين في جامعة القدس جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وقد حصل مجال (ثقافة المنظمة) على أعلى مستوى، يليه مجال (الرؤية والرسالة والأهداف)، ثم مجال (الممارسات القيادية)، وكان أقل مستوى هو مجال (المسؤولية المشتركة) وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق إحصائية في متوسطات واقع تطبيق القيادة الموزعة لدى العمداء ورؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية العاملين في جامعة القدس، تبعاً لمتغيري الجنس وسنوات الخبرة، وكانت الفروق لصالح الإناث وذوي الخبرة أكثر من 10 سنوات، بينما لم توجد فروق تبعاً لمتغير المسمى الوظيفي. The study followed the descriptive methodology through a questionnaire distributed to (90) deans and heads of academic departments working at Al-Quds University. The study concluded that the reality of the application of distributed leadership among deans and heads of academic departments working at Al-Quds University was moderate. The domain of (organizational culture) achieved the highest level, followed by the domain of (vision, mission and goals), followed by the domain of (leadership practices), and the lowest level was the domain of (shared responsibility). The results showed differences in the means of the reality of the application of distributed leadership among deans and heads of academic departments working at Al-Quds University according to the variables of gender and years of experience. The differences were in favor of females and those with more than 10 years of experience, while there were no differences according to the variable of job title.
