A1 الصعيدي، هند أحمد محمد سعيد AB هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع إدارة إستثمار الأصول الفكرية في بيوت الخبرة في كليات التربية في الجامعات السعودية. إعتمدت على المنهج النوعي بأسلوب دراسة الحالات النوعية. وتم تطبيق مقابلة شبه منظمة على (7) مشاركين من قادة بيوت الخبرة في كليات التربية في الجامعات السعودية، تم إختيارهم بطريقة قصدية. وأظهرت النتائج غياب عملية التخطيط الإستراتيجي المؤسسي لإدارة إستثمار الأصول الفكرية في بيوت الخبرة، وجود أوجه قصور في عمليات تنظيم وتوجيه بيوت الخبرة لإستثمار أصولها الفكرية، ضعف عملية التسويق لإستثمار الأصول الفكرية في بيوت الخبرة وعدم وجود مؤشرات ومعايير تقييم وقياس أثر الإستثمار في الأصول الفكرية. كما أظهرت النتائج أن حجم العائد من الإستثمار عال مقارنة بحجم الإنفاق، كما أظهرت النتائج أن واقع الخدمات المقدمة من البيوت عالية وترتبط بالإحتياجات لكن لا يتم تقييم الأهداف الإستراتيجية وتطويرها. وإقترحت الدراسة نموذجا لتطوير إدارة بيوت الخبرة وفق نموذج BMP لإدارة الأعمال. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to discover the reality of managing the investment of intellectual assets expertise houses in colleges of education in Saudi universities, the study depends on qualitative methodology through multiple cases study method, The data collection method was interviews with (7) participants of leaders in expertise houses in colleges of education in Saudi universities chosen by purpose sampling. The results revealed the absence of an institutional strategic planning process for managing the investment of intellectual assets in expertise houses, weakness in the processes of organizing and directing expertise houses to invest their intellectual assets, a weakness in marketing process, and finally the lack of indicators and standards for evaluating and measuring the impact of investment in intellectual assets. The results also showed that the returns on investment is high compared to the expenditure. The results also showed that the reality of services is high and related to needs, but the strategic objectives are not evaluated and developed. The study suggested a model to develop investment management in expertise houses based on BMP model for business management.
