A1 خلايلة، إحسان أحمد A2 بني هاني، محمد AB هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن الدور القيادي لمديري المدارس وعلاقته بمستوى التميز المدرسي داخل الخط الأخضر. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (450) معلمًا ومعلمة. ولجمع البيانات استخدمت استبانة الدور القيادي لمديري المدارس، واستبانة التميز المدرسي. وأشارت النتائج الى أن مستوى الدور القيادي لمديري المدارس ومستوى التميز المدرسي حصلا على تقدير متوسط، فضلا عن ذلك، كشفت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية كبيرة طردية ودالة احصائيًا عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين مستوى الدور القيادي لمديري المدارس والتميز المدرسي المؤسسي. A descriptive correlational methodology using a questionnaire was applied. The sample consisted of (450) teachers. The results indicated that the level of leadership role of school principals and School excellence were medium. In addition, a positive, direct, and statistically significant correlation at significance level (0.01) was found between the level of the leadership role of school principals and School Excellence.
