A1 الزغلول، إسراء حسين محمود A2 القرالة، عبد الناصر موسى AB هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى مستوى التدفق النفسي وعلاقته بالطموح المهني لدى طلبة الكليات العلمية المتوقع تخرجهم في الجامعات الأردنية الرسمية. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (315) طالبًا وطالبة متوقع تخرجهم، كما وتم تطوير مقياسين وهما: مقياس التدفق النفسي، ومقياس الطموح المهني، وتم التحقق من خصائصهما السيكومترية. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى متوسط من التدفق النفسي والطموح المهني لدى الطلبة في الكليات العلمية. كما تبين وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين التدفق النفسي والطموح المهني. كما أوصت الدارسة بتنمية المهارات والظواهر الأيجابية للطلبة وتطويرها. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The purpose of the study is to identify the level of psychological flow and its relationship to the professional ambition of students of scientific colleges who are expected to graduate from public Jordanian universities. The study sample consisted of (315) male and female students expected to graduate. Two scales were developed: Psychological Flow Scale, and professional ambition, and their psychometric characteristics were verified. The results of the study concluded that there was an average level of psychological flow and professional ambition among students in scientific faculties. It was also found that there was a positive correlational relationship between psychological flow and professional ambition, and they do not differ according to gender. It is necessary to recommend the development of skills and positive phenomena for students.
