A1 أبو عمار، وفاء صقر A2 أبو حماد، طالب إسماعيل عامر A2 الجندي، نبيل AB هدفت الدراسة إلى استكشاف العلاقة بين الالتزام بأخلاقيات المهنة وتعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية في النقب، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، الذي يصف الظاهرة كما هي في الواقع ويفسرها، وأما مجتمع الدراسة فتكون من (980) معلمًا ومعلمة في منطقة النقب، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة قوامها (111) معلمًا ومعلمة في المرحلة الثانوية في النقب التي تشكل نسبة (11%) من حجم المجتمع الكلي. واستُخدمت الدراسة أداة الاستبانة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان مستوى أخلاقيات المهنة و مستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى المعلمين في المدارس الثانوية العربية في منطقة النقب جاء مرتفعًا، وأن لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الالتزام بأخلاقيات المهنة ومستوى المسؤولية الاجتماعية تبعاً لمتغيرات الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي، وجود علاقة طردية قوية دالة بين أخلاقيات المهنة بكافة أبعادها (الأداء المهني، علاقة المعلم مع طلابه، علاقة المعلم بالمجتمع، الدرجة الكلية) والمسؤولية الاجتماعية بكافة أبعادها (المسؤولية تجاه الطلبة، والمسؤولية تجاه المدرسة، والمسؤولية تجاه المجتمع، والدرجة الكلية)، وأوصت بضرورة تشجيع المعلمين على مزيد من الالتزام بأخلاقيات المهنة من خلال الأنشطة المدرسية وتوجيه المديرين والمشرفين التربويين، وضرورة منح المعلمين حوافز مادية ومعنوية كتقدير وتشجيع لالتزامهم بأخلاقيات المهنة وتدعيم الأمان الوظيفي، والعمل على تطوير مهني من خلال ورشات مشتركة من اجل تعزيز العلاقة بين المعلم والطلاب والمجتمع .وأوصت بضرورة تشجيع المعلمين على مزيد من الالتزام بأخلاقيات المهنة نظرًا للتأثير الواضح الذي تحققه في تعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study aims to uncover and check the correlation between work ethics and enhancing high school teachers' social responsibility in The Negev. The study used a descriptive approach, which describes and analyzes the phenomenon in reality. The study's society is (980) male and female teachers who work in The Negev. However, the participants of the study were a random sample of (111) female and male high school teachers, the study sample represents 11% of the entire study society. The data was collected through questionnaires. Moreover, the results of the study showed that there is a strong correlation between teachers' social responsibility and the level of teachers' work ethics. In addition, the study shows that teachers' gender, teaching experience play no role in affecting social responsibility and work ethics. In addition, there is a direct relationship between work ethics in all its aspects (work performance, student-teacher relationship, teacher-society relationship) and social responsibility in all its aspects as well as (teacher's responsibility towards students, responsibility towards the school, and responsibility towards society). Nevertheless, the study emphasizes and recommends motivating teachers towards commitment to work ethics through school activities and guiding principles and education supervisors. Also, motivating teachers by financial means as an award for their hard work which in return may boost their motivation to stay committed to work ethics. Finally, the study highlights the chance to enhance teachers' competence through workshops in order to enhance the student-teacher relationship.
