A1 عرار، عفاف سعيد صالح AB This study sought to investigate the role of social interest as a predictor of life satisfaction for a sample of (181) teachers and class teachers in public schools in Zarqa Governorate - Jordan, during the first semester of the academic year (2022-2023). The study used the Al Asafrah social interest scale (2019), and the life satisfaction scale of (Pavot and Diener, 1993). The results showed that the level of life satisfaction was moderate. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences in the level of life satisfaction due to the educational qualification variable. The results also showed a relative statistically significant contribution of social interest to life satisfaction and its amount (13%) of the variance.
