A1 سعادة، منصور عبد الجابر A2 الحراحشة، علاء أحمد AB The study aimed to identify the level of organizational silence among teachers of private schools in the Amman capital city and its relationship with organizational identification from their perceived. The researchers adopted the descriptive correlative survey method, and they developed a questionnaire to collect data and distributed it to a sample of (529) teachers using the random cluster method. The findings revealed that the level of organizational silence was medium, and the level of organizational identification was high, and there are statistically significant differences about the level of organizational silence for gender variable in favor of “male”4 and for years’ experience variable in favor of “5 years and above”4 and there are no differences for qualification variable, and there are no differences about the level of organizational identification for gender and qualification variables, and there are differences for years' experience variable in favor of “5 years and above”4 and there is an inverse correlation between organizational silence and organizational identification among the sample members. The study recommended to educating private school teachers about the negatives organizational silence, and activate their organizational identification, and providing an organizational culture to increase their integration with the school.
