A1 الدخيل، فهد بن عبد العزيز AB هدفت الدراسة إلى تصميم استراتيجية لإكساب القيم والاتجاهات في ميدان تنفيذ المنهج، وقد تم تحكيم الإستراتيجية المقترحة بجميع مكوناتها من قبل مجموعة من الخبراء في مجال القيم وذلك باستخدام أسلوب دلفاي عبر ثلاث مراحل توصلت الدراسة في نهايتها إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها تحديد (6) أسس ومنطلقات للاستراتيجية المقترحة، و(8) مواصفات معيارية للاستراتيجيات الخاصة بإكساب القيم والاتجاهات في المجال التربوي، واستراتيجية لإكساب القيم والاتجاهات في المجال التربوي بنيت على الأسس والمنطلقات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، وصممت في ضوء المواصفات المعيارية للاستراتيجيات الخاصة بإكساب القيم والاتجاهات في المجال التربوي، وتكونت الاستراتيجية المقترحة من خطوة تمهيدية، وثلاث خطوات رئيسة تشتمل على عدة إجراءات مرنة تقبل التنفيذ في مختلف الظروف والإمكانات المتاحة في البيئة التربوية، وقد أظهرت نتائج التحكيم أيضاً توافر المواصفات المعيارية بمتوسط عام بلغ (4.34) عند مستوى مرتفع جداً، مع تحديد لكيفية تحقيق المواصفات المعيارية للاستراتيجيات الخاصة بإكساب القيم والاتجاهات في الاستراتيجية المقترحة. The proposed strategy with all its components has been arbitrated by a group of experts in the field of values by using the Delphi method through three stages. Finally , the study concluded a set of results, the most important to identify (6) foundations and starting points of the proposed strategy, (8) standard specifications of strategies for acquiring the values and trends in the educational field, and a strategy to give the values and trends in the educational field based on the foundations and starting points of the study, and it was designed in the light of the standard specifications of the strategies for acquiring the values and trends in the educational field. The proposed strategy consisted of a preliminary step and three major steps including several flexible procedures that can be implemented in different conditions and available capabilities in the educational environment. The arbitration results also showed the availability of standard specifications with an overall average was (4.34) at a very high level and to identify how to achieve standard specifications of strategies for acquiring the values and trends in the proposed strategy.
