A1 خليفة، عبد الحكم سعد محمد A2 التميمي، عبد الرحمن بن سعد AB The research aimed to develop a matrix of the scope and sequence of the intellectual security concepts and identify the level of acquisition of such concepts among the elementary school students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For achieving the aim of the study, the descriptive survey method and the scope and sequence matrix of the intellectual security concepts were developed. Furthermore, two tests were constructed of the intellectual security concepts in the light of the proposed matrix; the first test was for the lower grades and the second one was for the higher grades. The instruments were administered to a random stratified sample consisting of (407) third grade primary school students, and (585) sixth grade primary school students in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Al Madinah Al Munawwarah, Riyad, Jeddah, and Dammam. The results of the study produced the proposed scope and sequence matrix and resulted in achieving the required level of acquiring the concepts of intellectual security among the primary school students. Moreover, the results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at (0.05) level between the hypothetical mean and the statistical one in terms of the study sample's acquisition of the concepts of intellectual security in favor of the statistical mean. There were no statistically significant differences at (0.05) level between the responses of the study sample from the lower grades attributed to the educational region and the existence of statistically significant differences at (0.5) level between the responses of the study sample from higher grades due to the educational region.
