A1 أبو جبل، حياة إدريس محمد A2 الشامي، إيناس عبد المعز A2 زين العابدين، نجوى محمد AB هدف البحث إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج تعليمي مدمج قائم على المدخل الإنساني لتحسين مستوى التفكير المرن والازدهار النفسي لدى طالبات كلية الاقتصاد المنزلي جامعة الأزهر. لتحقيق أهداف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج شبه التجريبي. تكونت عينة البحث من (200) طالبة من طالبات الفرقة الرابعة بكلية الاقتصاد المنزلي جامعة الأزهر بالتخصصات الأكاديمية، وتم اختيار التصميم التجريبي ذو المجموعتين المتكافئتين تجريبية وعددها (100) طالبة وضابطة وعددها (100) طالبة، وللإجابة عن أسئلة البحث والتحقق من صحة فروضه تم إعداد مواد البحث المتمثلة في: (قائمة معايير بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني، بيئة التعلم المدمج "MS Teams"، ودليل تدريس البرنامج وكراسة النشاط)، كما تمثلت أدوات البحث في (اختبار التفكير المرن، ومقياس الازدهار النفسي) وكلاهما من (إعداد الباحثة)، وتم ضبط الأدوات وحساب الخصائص السيكوميترية لها، وتم التدريس للمجموعتين وتطبيق أدوات البحث على المجموعتين. أسفرت نتائج البحث عن فاعلية البرنامج التعليمي المدمج القائم على المدخل الإنساني في تحسين مستوى التفكير المرن والازدهار النفسي لدى طالبات كلية الاقتصاد المنزلي جامعة الأزهر حيث كانت النتائج لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. أوصى البحث بضرورة استخدام التعلم المدمج والمدخل الإنساني في التدريس الجامعي لما لهما من نتائج إيجابية على الجانب النفسي والمعرفي والاجتماعي. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of a blended educational program based on the humanistic approach to improve the level of flexible thinking and psychological prosperity among female students of the Faculty of Home Economics at Al-Azhar University. To achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive analytical approach and the quasi-experimental approach were used, and the research sample consisted of (200) female students. Fourth year, Faculty of Home Economics, Al-Azhar University, academic specializations, an experimental design with two equal groups, experimental and (100) female students, and control (100) female students was chosen. To answer the research questions and verify the validity of its hypotheses, research materials were prepared, which are: (a list of standards for the blended learning environment, the blended learning environment “MS Teams”, and the program teaching guide and the activity brochure). The research tools were (the flexible thinking test and the psychological prosperity scale), both of which were prepared by the researcher. The tools were adjusted, and their psychometric properties were calculated. The two groups were taught, and the research tools were applied to the two groups. The results of the research resulted in the effectiveness of the blended educational program based on the humanistic approach to improve the level of flexible thinking and psychological prosperity among female students of the Faculty of Home Economics at Al-Azhar University, where the results were in favor of the experimental group. The research recommended the necessity of using blended learning and the humanistic approach in university teaching because of their positive outcomes on the side.
