A1 العتيبى، عبد الله بن حشر بن مسفر AB هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى الاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة في ضوء التنمية المهنية المستدامة من وجهة نظر معلمي العلوم بالمرحلة الثانوية في مدينة الدوادمي، والتعرف على مستوى الاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة في ضوء الاقتصاد المعرفي من وجهة نظر معلمي العلوم بالمرحلة الثانوية في مدينة الدوادمي. اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وأجريت الدراسة على جميع معلمي العلوم بالمرحلة الثانوية في مدينة الدوادمي، وكانت أداة البحث هي الاستبانة، حيث وزعت الاستبانة إلكترونيا على عدد (45) معلما. وبلغ الذين ردوا على الاستبانة (43) معلما. وكانت أهم النتائج: أن مستوى الاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة في ضوء التنمية المهنية المستدامة من وجهة نظر معلمي العلوم بالمرحلة الثانوية في مدينة الدوادمي جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، وأن مستوى الاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة في ضوء الاقتصاد المعرفي من وجهة نظر معلمي العلوم بالمرحلة الثانوية في مدينة الدوادمي جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة. وكانت أهم التوصيات: ضرورة مواكبة الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي المرحلة الثانوية للمهارات المهنية في ضوء التنمية المهنية المستدامة واقتصاد المعرفة. وضرورة التطوير المستمر في محتوى البرامج التدريبية لمعلمي المرحلة الثانوية. وعقد لقاءات وندوات على مستوى مدينة الدوادمي من أجل استعراض قصص نجاح معلمي العلوم في توظيف التقنيات والتكنولوجيا ونقل المعرفة. The study was conducted on all secondary school science teachers in the city of Dawadmi, and the study tool was a questionnaire, where the questionnaire was distributed electronically to (45) teachers. Those who responded to the questionnaire reached (43) teachers, and the most important results were: that the level of training needs needed in the light of sustainable professional development from the point of view of science teachers at the secondary stage in the city of Dawadmi came to a high degree, and that the level of training needs necessary in light of the knowledge economy from the point of view of Science teachers at the secondary level in the city of Dawadmi came to a high degree. The most important recommendations were: The necessity of keeping pace with the training needs of secondary school teachers for vocational skills in the light of sustainable professional development and the knowledge economy. And the need for continuous development in the content of training programs for secondary school teachers. And holding meetings and seminars at the level of Dawadmi city in order to review the success stories of science teachers in employing technologies and technology and transferring knowledge.
