A1 أمحمد، حسن علي معتوق A2 الناكوع، محمد عبد الحميد المهدي AB هدفت الدراسة لتحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين تطوير مهارات المديرين وترشيد القرارات بمراقبة التعليم بني وليد، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكانت عينة الدراسة عينة طبيية من رؤساء الأقسام ومدراء المكاتب والوحدات بمراقبة التعليم بني وليد. حيث استخدمت الدراسة استمارة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات، وتم توايع 30 استمارة وتم استرجاعها بالكامل، بنسبة استراد قدرها 100%. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج ومن أهم هذه النتائج: وجود علاقة ارتباط موجبة بين تطوير مهارات المديرين وترشيد القرارات بمراقبة التعليم بني وليد، يحتاج المديرين بمراقبة التعليم بني وليد إلى تطوير المهارات الإدارية بدرجة كبيرة.، واقع ترشيد القرارات بالمراقبة جيد جدا. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، أوصت الدراسة بزيادة الاهتمام بتطوير مهارات المديرين للرفع من مستويات أدائهم مما ينعكس إيجابيا على كفاءة العمل بالمراقبة. The study used a questionnaire where the questionnaire to collect data, were distributed (30) form and was retrieved in full, by Estrada of (100%). The study found many of the results and the most important results: the existence of a correlation is positive between the development of managers' skills and the rationalization of decisions to monitor education Bani Walid, managers need to monitor education Bani Walid to the managerial skills to develop significantly, and the reality of the rationalization of decisions monitoring is very good. In light of these findings, the study recommended increased attention to developing the skills of managers to raise their performance levels, which reflected positively on the efficiency of the monitoring work.
