A1 الللي، سماهر مصطفى إبراهيم A2 نصار، وردة زيادة A2 علوان، حنان عمر AB هدفت الدراسة للتعرف إلى دور الكلية الجامعية للعلوم التطبيقية في تنمية الإبداع لدى طلبتها من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في ضوء التحول الرقمي، واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (76) فرداً من مجتمع الدراسة المكون من جميع أفراد الهيئة التدريسية في الكلية الجامعية والبالغ عددهم (600) فردا، وتكونت أداة الدراسة الاستبانة من (34) فقرة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: 1) أن درجة ممارسة الكلية الجامعية للعلوم التطبيقية لدورها في تنمية الإبداع لدى طلبتها من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية كانت مرتفعة بوزن نسبي (76.38%). 2) لا يوجد فروق دالة في دور الكلية الجامعية للعلوم التطبيقية في تنمية الإبداع لدى طلبتها بحسب المتغيرات الجنس، سنوات الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي بسبب أن القيمة الاحتمالية (sig.) أكبر من مستوى دلالة (0.05). وأوصت الدراسة: 1) أهمية مواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية من خلال توفير المعدات الحديثة التي تمكنهم من خلق الأفكار والمعلومات والاحتفاظ بها وتوزيعها بطرق يمكنهم من استغلالها بطريقة مثلى وازدهار العمل. 2) الاهتمام بالصفات الإيجابية لذوي القدرات الإبداعية وتوفير الظروف المناسبة لهم كونهم يلعبون الدور الأكبر في حل المشكلات. The researchers used the descriptive and analytical method, and the study sample reached (76) individuals from the study population, which consists of all members of the teaching staff at the university college. They numbered (600) individuals, and the study tool consisted of a questionnaire (34) items. The study achieved several results, the most important of which are: 1) The degree of the University College of Applied Sciences’ practice of its role in developing creativity among its students from the point of view of faculty members was high, with a relative weight of (76.38%). 2) There are no significant differences in the role of the University College of Applied Sciences in developing creativity among its students according to the variables gender, years of experience and educational qualification because the probability value (sig.) is greater than the significance level (0.05). The study recommended: 1) The importance of keeping pace with technological developments by providing modern equipment that enables them to create ideas and information, retain them, and distribute them in ways that enable them to exploit them in an optimal way and make work flourish. 2) Paying attention to the positive qualities of people with creative abilities and providing appropriate conditions for them because they play the largest role in solving problems.
