A1 العنزي، ليلى سلطان A2 الفلاح، جفيلة بنت ممدوح AB هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور الأنشطة اللاصفية في بناء شخصية الطالبة القائدة (دراسة ميدانية على طالبات منطقة الجوف). للتحقق من هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 263 طالبة من طالبات منطقة الجوف، تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في مقياس الشخصية القيادية. أظهرت النتائج أن للأنشطة اللاصفية دور كبير في بناء شخصية الطالبة القائدة. الخلاصة: في ضوء ما تم التوصل إليه من نتائج أوصت الدراسة بزيادة اهتمام المدارس بالأنشطة اللاصفية والحرص على تنوعها لموافقة ميول وقدرات الطالبات والتقييم المستمر للأنشطة اللاصفية واشراك الطالبات فيه للتحقق من مدى فاعلية الأنشطة اللاصفية كما تم صياغة بعض المقترحات. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The current study aimed to identify the role of extracurricular activities in building the personality of the student leader (a field study on female students in the Al-Jawf region). The descriptive approach was used, the study sample consisted of 263 female students from the Al-Jawf region, who were selected randomly. The study tool was the leadership personality scale. The results showed that extracurricular activities have a major role in building the student leader's personality. In light of the results reached, the study recommended increasing schools' interest in extracurricular activities, ensuring their diversity to suit the inclinations and abilities of female students, and continuous evaluation of extracurricular activities and involving female students in them.
