A1 المرقطن، محمد موسى A2 الدعجة، هشام إبراهيم AB هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم برنامج الدكتوراه في الإدارة والقيادة التربوية في الجامعة الأردنية باستخدام نموذج ستافليبيم (Stufflebeam).. نهجت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة باستبانة مكونة من (31) فقرة موزعة على خمسة محاور، وتكونت العينة من جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة؛ إذ تم إجراء مسح لمجتمع الدراسة كاملًا، والبالغ عددهم (28) طالبًا وطالبة من الطلبة الخريجين من برنامج الدكتوراه في الإدارة والقيادة التربوية في الجامعة الأردنية. بينت نتائج الدراسة الآتي: إن درجة وضوح أهداف برنامج الدكتوراه في الإدارة والقيادة التربوية في الجامعة الأردنية قد جاءت مرتفعة، وأن درجة فاعلية المواد التدريسية المعتمدة في برنامج الدكتوراه في الإدارة والقيادة التربوية جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وأن درجة ملاءمة إستراتيجيات وطرائق وأساليب التدريس في البرنامج جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وأن درجة ملاءمة أساليب التقييم في البرنامج جاءت مرتفعة، وأن درجة تحقيق البرنامج لنتاجات التعلم المستهدفة قد جاءت أيضا بدرجة مرتفعة. توصي الدراسة بضرورة تجويد برنامج الدكتوراه في الإدارة والقيادة التربوية في الجامعة الأردنية بجوانبه كافة بشكل مستمر، وضرورة مواكبة المواد الدراسية في برنامج الدكتوراه في الإدارة والقيادة التربوية التطورات والابتكارات في المجال التربوي. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to evaluate the PhD program in Educational Management and Leadership at the University of Jordan, using the Stufflebeam model. The study followed the descriptive survey method, and the study tool consisted of a questionnaire consisting of 31 items distributed on five axes. The sample consisted of all members of the study population, as survey was conducted for the entire study population, which numbered 28male and female graduate students from the PhD program in Educational Administration and Leadership at the University of Jordan. The results of the study showed that the degree of clarity of the objectives of the PhD program in Educational Management and Leadership at the University of Jordan was high. Moreover, the degree of effectiveness of the approved teaching materials in the PhD program in Educational Management and Leadership was high. In addition, the degree of appropriateness of strategies and methods of teaching the program came with a high degree and the degree of suitability of the evaluation methods in the program was high. And that the program’s achievement of the targeted learning outcomes has come to a high degree. The study recommends the need to continuously improve the PhD program in Educational Administration and Leadership at the University of Jordan in all its aspects. Moreover, the need to keep pace with the study materials in the doctoral program in educational management and leadership developments and innovations in the field of education.
