A2 Al-Omari, Aieman Ahmad A2 Jumia'an, Ibrahim F AB The purpose of study to identify how do beginning teachers perceive their preparation and performance of classroom management skills related to their gender, school stage, and university type? The developed survey was used as an instrument to collect data from the beginning teachers in the Zarqa governorate region, defined as those with two or fewer years of teaching experience, there were 306 females and 228 males of participants. Results of study reveals that beginning teachers identified “Creating a Positive Classroom Environment” the strongest classroom management skill that beginning teachers prepared, while “Parental communication” was ranked the lowest. The “Creating a Positive Classroom Environment”, identified as the highest means for classroom management skills that beginning teachers performed, while the lowest ranked was “Establishing and reinforcing classroom rules”.
