A1 السعيدية، فهيمة بنت حمد A2 الريامية، عفراء بنت يوسف AB Homework is an important part of the educational process, as it is an effective tool to help students gain many experiences and skills such as commitment and responsibility, time management, self-learning and independence. However, some students may face problems related to commitment in accomplishing school assignments due to their low motivation or inability to manage time or factors attributed to family and study environment. The ability of students to deal with these factors or what is known as homework management is affected by many variables, and this is what the current study aimed to identify the relationship between homework management and psychological flow and academic procrastination among the second cycle students. The sample of the study consisted of 300 male and female students whose ages ranged between (12 - 15) years from grades 7-9, who were randomly selected from the governorates of North and South Al Batinah, Al Dakhiliya and Muscat Governorate. The study concluded that the possibility of predicting some dimensions of homework management through study variables. In light of these results, the researcher recommends that working to develop training programs to develop the level of homework management, by providing students with skills of managing, organizing time, controlling feelings, raising the level of psychological flow and decreasing signs that indicating academic procrastination.
